London, UK, October 18 2012 – Wealth Dynamix, provider of wealth management CRM software solutions, has announced that Quilter, the specialist private client wealth management business, has been using its consulting group to deliver the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution for its UK client operations.

Quilter, a respected name in private wealth management with over £8billion in assets under management, is known for its focus on service excellence.  With offices around the UK and an ambitious expansion plan in place there was a clear need to increase its client management capabilities.  Quilter decided at the beginning of 2012 to deploy the exciting new technology available from Microsoft Dynamics.

Natalie Levine, Head of Technology at Quilter comments, “Quilter has a philosophy and a reputation of building strong relationships with intermediaries and clients. In order to maximise the value of our relationships, we are constantly on the lookout for innovative technologies that can help us achieve our goals and importantly, those of our clients.

We decided that the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 technology in conjunction with specialist partner Wealth Dynamix would provide us with what we needed  to continue to perform in the area of client services as we  grow.”

Wealth Dynamix has assisted Quilter in the strategy, design and implementation of the system which started at the beginning of 2012.

Gary Linieres, CEO at Wealth Dynamix comments, “There is a growing trend for wealth and investment managers to seek to improve the way they communicate with clients, manage compliance requirements and provide internal staff with critical management information about their clients and intermediaries. Quilter is, without doubt, a leading name in private wealth management and we are delighted to have them as a client.”
