As the Wealth Management industry continues to advance and integrate new technology, cloud technology has developed as a primary enabler for growing firms to deal with increased regulatory pressure and a demanding client base. Microsoft announced the opening of Microsoft Cloud with Azure and Office 365 in data centres in the UK last week, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online following suit in the coming months. This will digitally transform businesses and organisations, helping them increase productivity while meeting the most stringent compliance and policy requirements, with Ministry of Defence and the NHS being the first to sign up.

Wealth Dynamix has seen a huge growth in demand for this platform and launched the WDX ONE cloud based CRM solution earlier this year. WDX ONE has been designed to address the industry challenges around Conduct Risk and increased demand for levels of relationship management, service, mobile and digital communication and is a comprehensive CRM solution pre-configured with the best practices Wealth Dynamix has identified across the industry. WDX ONE is delivered via Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and can be configured to the suit data residency requirements of many wealth management firms as it is built on Microsoft’s Trusted Cloud principles of security, privacy, compliance, transparency and availability.

Microsoft advocates broadly for data privacy in the technology industry, often being first to adopt new standards and frameworks. A great example of the company’s commitment to protecting its clients’ privacy is the recent case which was favourably ruled to Microsoft, addressing the global application of the US search warrant. The company was also among the first to endorse, and is now compliant with, the new EU-US Privacy Shield – the framework to replace the Safe Harbor agreement – to ensure continued support of customer needs in an evolving privacy landscape. The Wealth Dynamix team is delighted to be part of this evolution and is pleased to be working in partnership with Microsoft to offer the most secure solution to clients.
