Wealth Dynamix is a platform designed for private banks and wealth managers, aimed at streamlining the entire client journey. François de Lescure, Chief Revenue Officer, outlines the platform’s ambitions and its ability to adapt to specific business needs.

What is the mission of Wealth Dynamix?

Wealth Dynamix is a platform built for advisers, middle office teams, marketing departments, and management within wealth management firms, family offices, and private banks. It provides them with a shared, 360-degree view of their clients, whether individuals or corporate entities, from the very first contact through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Our mission is to make collaboration smoother between all stakeholders and to bring greater efficiency to their day-to-day operations.

How does your solution change the game for professionals?

We have developed an all-in-one tool that centralises every key step in the client lifecycle: prospecting, account opening, automated insurance subscription, client onboarding, and compliance management.

Everything is designed to simplify the adviser’s work, reducing administrative burden and freeing up time for what really matters: building and nurturing client relationships.

The sector faces increasing regulatory pressure. How do you reconcile compliance with a seamless client journey?

Our platform incorporates powerful workflow engines and artificial intelligence that automate repetitive tasks. This allows teams to collaborate in real time, without endless email exchanges or manual follow-ups, while ensuring that all interactions are recorded and traceable for future compliance audits.

The solution is also highly flexible: we can adapt business rules to each client and organisation.

On the client side, we offer secure digital portals where end clients can access their data, complete forms, or download documents independently. This not only lightens the workload for internal teams but also enhances the overall client experience.

Is your solution primarily designed for IT teams, or for business users?

We have  designed an accessible, intuitive interface that is tailored to business teams. In some organisations, it’s actually the operations or management teams that run the platform, without the need for a dedicated IT department.

That’s a real advantage: we can adapt to a wide range of structures, including those without significant in-house technical resources.

What are your current growth ambitions?

Although we are part of the Crédit Agricole Group, the world’s 10th largest bank, we remain highly autonomous.

Our ambition is clear: to support both large institutions and smaller players who now need to become more structured in response to regulatory complexity, while pursuing organic or acquisition-led growth in a competitive market.

Is your priority to grow in scale or to enhance your platform?

We do both simultaneously. We continue to evolve our solution in co-creation with our clients.

For example, we have collaborated with the Mirabaud Group to develop modules tailored to their needs in Switzerland and internationally. These modules are also configurable for any private bank or wealth management firm worldwide.

Likewise, our deployment within Groupe Premium in France demonstrates how adaptable the platform is for independent wealth managers and family offices.

This collaboration allows us to maintain a relevant SaaS platform that is rooted in real needs, while ensuring that it remains turnkey, scalable, maintainable, and open to customisation when necessary.

Data security is critical in your sector. How do you address this challenge?

It is an absolute priority. We have chosen Microsoft Azure, hosted in Switzerland, to ensure the highest level of security, GDPR compliance, and optimal scalability.

Our platform is built to be ‘secure by design’: we use the best security solutions on the market, encrypt data in transit and at rest, use tokenisation, double encryption on certain sensitive fields, and have ISO and SOC 2 certifications. We are regularly audited and implement rigorous remediation plans. This is essential for all our customers, as data loss could have a direct impact on reputation and trust, and we invest heavily to prevent it.
