Leading service and system suppliers were announced at the Systems in the City Fintech Awards during a ceremony at Merchant Taylors’ Hall last week.

Wealth Dynamix is delighted to be recognised for its ‘Best CRM System’ for three years running at the Goodacre Systems in the City awards. To add to this success, the team’s Senior Support Analyst, Martin Lund, was awarded ‘Support Specialist’ of the year.

The firm provides Client Lifecycle Management solutions for the Wealth and Investment Management industry. While CRM remains the central pillar of the product, WDX ONE has evolved significantly over the last few years and the scope of the platform continues to grow beyond client management and onboarding, to support wider engagement with prospects and clients, with a particular focus on the digital channels clients increasingly expect to use.

Commenting on the firm’s achievement, Matt Aylward, Managing Director of Wealth Dynamix said: “We are very proud to have been awarded this year’s Best CRM System by so many industry experts. As we grow both regionally and in numbers, it’s essential for us to maintain a high level of service and support to our clients, so it’s great to see individuals from the team being recognised for their hard work and dedication, very well deserved Martin”.

Goodacre UK’s MD Stephen Pinner said, “These Awards are now the benchmark for the best providers. Our consultants carry out an annual review of all relevant services and systems and winners are determined from feedback provided by user companies. The work carried out by system providers is often overlooked and considering the major changes needed during the past couple of years, their efforts fully deserve to be recognised in this way”.
