Wealth Dynamix was awarded ‘Best Client Lifecycle Management’ at The Second Annual WealthBriefing WealthTech Americas Awards on 23rd February 2023.
Showcasing ‘best of breed’ in the Americas region, the awards have been designed to recognise outstanding organisations grouped by specialism and geography which the prestigious panel of independent judges deemed to have ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence during the last year’.
When evaluating Wealth Dynamix for this award, the judges acknowledged our commitment to providing wealth managers (WMs) with fully integrated digitalised client lifecycle management solutions which remove friction and inefficiency throughout the lifecycle, embed compliance and provide the ability to offer a fully hybrid client servicing experience.
Commenting on our success, Francois de Lescure (Chief Revenue Officer) said, “We are delighted for this recognition in the American region. We are committed to the wealth management & private banking sector and leverage our deep domain expertise to develop technology that adds value, grows revenue, and delights clients.
“We believe what distinguished us this year is our commitment to streamlining all areas of the wealth management firm. Our excellent client insights and reporting doesn’t just benefit WMs, it supports many teams throughout the firm via access to their own role-based dashboards with information relevant to their jobs which drives efficiency.
“We understand the regional differences relevant to wealth management, and we tailor our solution to address our clients’ challenges and enable every WM to be truly client-centric and provide moments that surprise and delight to build a loyal client base.
“In addition to this, we’re also able to support Financial Intermediary Managers (FIMs). With almost 40% of experienced WMs forecast to retire in the US alone in the next 10 years (Cerulli), it’s vital that today’s solutions can support the extended workforce.
He goes on to explain, “Our CLM solutions help both WM’s and FIMs manage client interactions digitally across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through to ongoing client service. FIMs are offered controlled access – but with a complete view of the client – without compromising the client’s data or journey. Our system provides both access and controls to ensure that FIMs become a natural extension of the Bank, able to fully service their customers, feel in control and remain aligned to their clients’ preferences and investment choices.
“Together with the launch of our client portal for hybrid servicing it makes interacting with clients even simpler and more efficient, providing a truly client-centric experience, whilst also delivering valuable cost savings and time efficiencies for WMs.
Francois concludes “As the war for talent gathers pace, we believe that having these capabilities will start to rank highly on any FIMs wish list and will support or hamper a firm’s ability to attract high performing FIMs.”
ClearView Financial Media’s CEO, and Publisher of WealthBriefing, Stephen Harris, was first to extend his congratulations to all the winners. He said: “The organisations and individuals who triumphed in these awards are all worthy winners, and I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to the winners and to those who have put so much work into each winning submission.
“These awards were independently and expertly judged solely based on entrants’ submissions and their response to several specific questions, which were answered by focusing on the client experience rather than purely quantitative performance metrics. That is a unique, and I believe, compelling feature. These awards recognise the very best operators in Americas’ wealth management, with ‘independence’, ‘integrity’ and ‘genuine insight’ the watchwords of the judging process – such that the awards truly reflect excellence in Americas’ wealth management.”
The WealthBriefing WealthTech Americas Awards are part of a global programme run by WealthBriefing and its sister publications WealthBriefing Asia and Family Wealth Report, encompassing all the world’s major wealth management centres.
Each of these categories is highly contested and is subject to a rigorous process before the ultimate winner is selected by the judges. It is this process that makes WealthBriefing awards so prized amongst winners.
