What is ID&V?
Identity and Verification is the process of gathering information to confirm who an individual is, and that the person is not being impersonated. Evidence to be gathered can include passports, identity cards and proof of residence. These can either be collected and seen physically during the onboarding process, or gathered using digital technology, for example using an app and ‘selfie-onboarding’.
