Client lifecycle management (CLM) is the process and activities involved in managing the entire lifecycle of a client relationship within a business or organisation. 

It typically includes tasks such as client identification, customer due diligence (including KYC, AML, ID&V, risk profiling, ESG and Suitability), client onboarding, account opening, ongoing client communication, risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and relationship enhancement.
