Build on
Wealth Dynamix

Integrate client lifecycle management into your architecture through REST APIs, webhooks, MCP and configurable workflows. Access client data, trigger onboarding, automate workflows, connect AI agents and integrate with your existing systems.

CLMi API — quick start
# Authenticate and trigger client onboarding curl -X POST \ {ENV_URL} -H "Authorization: Bearer $CLMI_API_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{ "clientType": "IND", "person": { "name": "John Smith", }, "relationshipManager": { "name": "Jane Adams", "lookupType": "User" }, "bookingCentre": "Switzerland", "source": "DirectEnquiry", "type": "onboarding" }' # → 201 Created { "clientId": "cli_9e3ab7", "status": "onboarding_initiated" }

Open by design.
Modular by default.

Every capability; integrate end-to-end workflows, extract data to your data lake, or surface functionality inside your own front-end; is exposed through open APIs, MCP, and more. Leverage our full, end-to-end solution, or run our engine as a headless back-end and build your own user experience.

Full API surface

Every platform action, clients, portfolios, tasks, AI agents, documents, is programmatically accessible and documented in OpenAPI.

Composable stack

Use capabilities as building blocks. Compose with your own services, third-party APIs, or internal AI models.

Flexible deployment

SaaS, private cloud, or hybrid. Regional data residency enforced at the infrastructure layer.

Governance by default

Every AI action is logged, auditable, and attributable. The audit trail is the platform's foundation.

Bring your own AI

Connect your own LLMs, models, or data pipelines. You control which intelligence runs where.

Version-controlled config

Platform configuration is exportable, version-controlled, and promotable across environments.

Three layers.
Every connection pattern covered.

Our integration model is structured in three distinct layers, each designed for a different class of connectivity requirement. Most enterprise deployments use all three simultaneously.

All three layers operate simultaneously. REST API for SaaS connectivity, Integration Service for on-premise systems, Batch File Transfer for legacy core banking feeds. No trade-offs required.

API, Webhooks & Service Bus

Real-time integration surface — REST, event push, asynchronous processing

Use cases

  • Connecting SaaS vendor systems — portfolio tools, market data, CRM
  • Live connection to on-premise DMS / PMS systems
  • Asynchronous document signing workflows
  • Real-time suitability alerts and AI agent triggers
  • Event-driven client lifecycle notifications

Integration Service

Centralised middleware — bespoke logic, on-premise bridge, message routing

Use cases

  • Zero Trust network architectures — no inbound firewall rules required
  • Capturing and routing webhooks from external systems
  • Raising messages and triggering downstream workflow actions
  • Complex on-premise application connectivity — core banking, custody
  • Custom transformation logic and data mapping rules

Batch File Transfer

Scheduled bulk data exchange — legacy systems, valuations, migration

Use cases

  • Initial data imports and historical migration from legacy CRM
  • Nightly core banking position and balance updates
  • Valuation and holding information feeds
  • Regulatory data exports for MiFID II and Consumer Duty
  • Automated extraction of AUM and fee data for billing

Production-ready endpoints.
OpenAPI documented.

How we underpin
agentic lifecycle management

AI agents do not act autonomously. Every agent action passes through a governed platform layer, validated against business rules, requiring human approval where configured, and written to an immutable audit log. This is not a guardrail bolted on, it is the platform's core design.

Changes are validated & approved

A human is always in the loop. AI cannot act directly on the system or protected data model — every proposed change requires validation and explicit approval before it is committed.

Hallucinations are minimised

Decisions remain on a deterministic basis. Data is validated against clear business rules — DMNN Rules Engine and Regulatory Calculation Engine — before any output is surfaced to staff.

Full audit of agent & staff activity

All changes, conversations, and approvals are fully audited. Every AI agent action and every staff action produces a clear, signed trail of the decision-making process.

MCP & A2A integration — connect your AI ecosystem

Our CLM solutions expose all four agents and the governance layer as callable MCP tools. Your own LLMs — Claude, OpenAI, or internal models — interact through the same governed platform layer. No agent ever bypasses it.

A wealth-native data model and rules engine.
Configurable without code.

Studio is the visual configuration layer for our CLM. Business teams configure workflows, business rules and AI behaviour while engineering teams retain full control via API and version-controlled config exports.

Workflow builder

Visual drag-and-drop editor for onboarding, KYC, review cycles, and approvals. Configurable branching logic and SLA rules. Exportable as JSON for source control.

AI agent configuration

Define agent scope, guardrails, and permitted actions. Set which data sources agents can access and where they cannot act autonomously — without code.

Form & data model editor

Customise client intake forms and suitability questionnaires. Changes propagate to the API schema automatically.

Integration manager

Configure connection endpoints, authentication, field mappings, and transformation rules for all integration patterns from a single UI.

Dashboard builder

Self-service Homepages, Dashboards & Notifications allow administrators and users to create tailored insights and reports.

Environment promotion

Sandbox → UAT → Production pipeline baked in. Config diffs shown before promotion. Rollback available on all changes.
